Important notes

1) The shuttle will depart on time if everyone who has booked is on board. It will not depart earlier just in case any last minute passengers appear

2) The shuttle driver will have a manifest of each day’s passengers and will call anyone who has not arrived as scheduled. If they do not answer, the shuttle will wait 5-minutes past the scheduled time before departing

3) If you are running late, contact Stuart (call, text or WhatsApp) on 027 482 4783 and we’ll do our best to hold the shuttle for you

4) Due to the limit of 16 available seats aboard the shuttle, a first come first served basis will apply. We will contact you as soon as possible and no later than 8PM the night before should we be unable to fulfil your booking.
