Payments

We accept cash, EFTPOS, all major credit cards, taxi charge chit vouchers & can also setup an account with you should you wish to become a regular client of Ezy Driver.

Deposits via credit card or direct debit may be required for pre-booked tour guide services.

Insurance

All our drivers are aged over 30, hold a full license & passenger endorsement ID card. In the event of any accident where our hired driver is at fault we have full vehicle and public liability insurance however you must inform your insurance company of any claim and complete their claim forms as required.

Our policy will cover any vehicle, property damage or replacement costs up to $100,000.

If we are required to hire a rental vehicle you may be liable to any rental company excess in the event of an accident, theft of damage to that vehicle or property within that vehicle.

Our drivers responsibility

All our drivers are non smokers, well presented individuals with a passion for delivering a high level of service in this competitive passenger transport industry. They are well trained, follow a strict code of conduct & are very experienced in what they do.  It is our mission to be able to drive you in the most smooth comfortable manner possible adhering to all the road rules of NZ.

You can trust us to get you and your vehicle where you need to be safely and reliably every time.

Customers & their vehicles responsibility

For Dial-a-Driver Services. Please ensure your vehicle is in tidy condition, safe to drive, has a valid WOF, Registration & full insurance cover. We will not be liable for any fines due to a defect with your vehicle.

Our drivers area knowledge is second to none but it is your responsibility to guide them to your drop off location.

Should a customer be intoxicated and soil their own car or our chase car a soiling fee of $150 may be charged at the discretion of our drivers.

Our drivers can at their discretion refuse a job upon arrival at your pick-up location should they feel your vehicle is unsafe or too dirty to drive or if they feel threatened or receive any abuse from a customer or any of the other passengers.

By accepting any of our services you may be automatically added to Ezy Driver's customer database and from time to time receive newsletters & special offers via email. This is administered through Mail Chimp and you have the option to 'opt out' at any time.
